We are also winners in the World Bank’s Digital ID challenge, where we pitched in collaboration with Dvara Research to build a well-organized database of grievances to do with access to social protection. Watch our pitch here. The grievances will be sourced through our Mobile Vaani platforms and will help understand the reasons for exclusion, so that appropriate policy changes can then be proposed.
