Through our involvement in the UNDP-Video Volunteers Saksham initiative, we were able to see the impact of our vSurvey tool. A survey phoneline running in Bhojpuri took inputs directly from the women of Uttar Pradesh’s Varanasi district on how their SHG groups were performing and what changes they would like to see. The structured data generated by vSurvey, as well as qualitative responses, were sent neatly back to program officials who used them in their evaluation and planning. A report is available here:
