Holding employers to account when the government fails

    1 in 3 workers in Delhi/NCR we surveyed had no proof of employment. Nearly 2 in 3 were paid less than the minimum wage.

    Gram Vaani’s Saajha Manch collects news, testimonies and experiences from workers and puts pressure on employers to address these issues. Since Sept 2017, over 250 grievances have been addressed through verbal guidance & offline with the help of lawyer and activist partners.
