Co-casting stations in rural clinics can be connected to phone lines so that women can call and leave questions, or conference to interact with doctors and local nurses. The co-casting appliance can even to connected to a television set so that educational videos made locally and offloaded on to the box and can be played out to listener groups during scheduled sittings together with an experienced doctor.
Different co-casting stations can even be connected to each other through MINP.
